The Atlantic’s growth team is looking for a full-time Search Strategist to help us reach new readers and reconnect with loyal fans through search. This person will play a significant role in our search optimization efforts, working cross-functionally with editorial and data to analyze how search factors into our traffic trends. You will also help us identify opportunities to improve our search results, accounting for seasonality and news cycles. Your position will make you the point-person for questions relating to headline writing, link building and keyword strategy on all major search networks. If you can help us extend the reach of our journalism through thoughtful testing in Google, Bing, and Yahoo, we would love to speak with you.
