Position in Brief

AtlanticLIVE, the events arm of The Atlantic magazine, seeks a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and team-oriented professional to support AtlanticLIVE President/Atlantic Senior Vice President Margaret Low, along with other senior leaders of the team.  

Within AtlanticLIVE’s progressive, collegial work environment, this role provides a unique opportunity for broad yet high-level exposure to both the editorial and the business behind a media event production enterprise, with a great trajectory for earning increased responsibility. The Executive Assistant will primarily support senior team leaders and will also have the opportunity to participate in a series of projects related to event management/staffing; audience development; speaker management; business development; and research. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is ready to launch their career in events, journalism, and digital media.

  • Bachelor's Degree
