We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join The Atlantic communications team at its Washington, DC headquarters. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, the Manager will be part of a team of three dedicated to developing strategies and promoting the company, its staff, journalism, products, and events across all divisions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years PR/Communications experience with an appreciation for news and print journalism. He/she will diligently maintain important internal and external relationships, devote strong attention to detail, thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and be able to work under deadline.
