The Digital Campaign Coordinator will play a critical role within our fast paced advertising sales team, focused on managing digital campaigns and first-class client communication out of the London office. Your primary objective will be to manage all stages of the post sale process: understanding and processing media plans, gathering campaign tags and assets, managing delivery and optimizing campaigns and managing the necessary reporting for campaigns.

You will be successful in the role if you bring prior campaign management experience to the team and apply those fundamentals to the unique way that Quartz works, provide first rate customer service to our clients, and take pride in your ability to accurately and efficiently multi-task under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing digital campaigns post-sale, working closely with marketing managers, sales reps, and clients to deliver high performing campaigns, which will contribute to our 90% client retention rate
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaigns using 1st and 3rd party numbers and working with the AdOps team where necessary to ensure campaigns deliver successfully
  • Using knowledge of previous campaigns to collaboratively contribute to brainstorms for both RFP'd and proactively pitched campaigns, which will enable our planners to build compelling media plans
  • Working with our campaign analyst to recommend optimizations and provide data and intel to the client
  • Working cross departmentally with sales, development, ad operations, marketing, campaign analytics, and editorial product development


  • Proficient in and enjoys working in Excel.
  • Knowledge or previous use of DFP would be beneficial.
  • Prior knowledge of AdOps and/or sales planning and media buying would be useful as there is scope to develop within the role.
