Event Marketing Associate

The Event Marketing Associate will be part of the growing Audience Marketing Team, and will report directly to the Manager of Event Marketing. The marketing associate is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive audience to both editorial and client events, live and digital. The marketing associate will also work alongside the GEMG events team to execute successful and strategized events

  • Develop engaging marketing campaigns to increase audience awareness meet event registration goals
  • Implement new and creative marketing strategies to drive attendance to events
  • Work directly with clients to ensure target audience goals are being met
  • Complete list research and secure new lists/prospects to develop audience for event marketing
  • Employ email best practices for send times, subject lines, list segmentation, format and deliverability. Analyze open rates and click-through rates to shape email distribution strategy. Assist with copywriting and editing for emails.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of initiative, high quality and service standard, and ownership of work.
  • Apply outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management and judgment, and the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
