Commercial Media Project Manager/Senior Producer

The Commercial Media Project Manager/Senior Producer will join a small but fast-paced marketing team with an enthusiastic attitude and a love for the creative process. He/she will play an integral role in leading the planning, execution, and ongoing communication for Quartz’s EMEA digital advertising campaigns. This position will report to Quartz’s Marketing Director in London and have a strong relationship with the Director of Client Solutions in NY.
 

They will:

• Serve as one of the main points-of-contact for creative development, providing excellent client service and ensuring that all client deliverables are developed and presented on time and within budget
• Lead the campaign strategy and collaborate with ad developers, designers, and content strategists with a focus on elevating program executions through thought-provoking content ideas and bold ad experiences
• Define client requirements and develop project plans to track progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Ideally they will have:

• Experience in project management in media
• An understanding of the international media industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Be pragmatic, enthusiastic, and empathetic
• The ability to get the best out of the people and the projects they oversee
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to take feedback
