Associate Director of Operations

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and manage the operational lifecycle and strategic development of all incoming events business and partnerships 
  • Responsible for drafting and negotiating all sponsor contracts, tracking and processing all incoming revenue
  • Conducted analysis of, and strategy towards, organizational planning
  • Oversee audience development strategy for events
  • Potential for management of direct staff
