The Atlantic is looking for a strategic marketer and creative thinker to join the customer marketing & growth team. We oversee all paid-content and customer-experience strategies, focusing on growing subscribers, members, and fans. This position is a junior role, supporting the department goals by working closely with the department’s senior staff and The Atlantic’s data team to use insights and analytics to both increase acquisition and improve the customer experience. This position will also assist with budget and financials as well as help manage our third-party retail partners
